When Good isn’t Best

I love this blog, I really do. Lately though, I’ve let it become a bit (okay, a lot) more time consuming than it needs to be. I believe that blogging is a great way to encourage others, and I so want to continue to do that. But right in this moment, my kids need me. Blogging is good (in moderation!), spending more intentional time with my kids is best.

They need me without my laptop in my lap- they need that space for themselves! So for the next week or so, I’m going to set a timer for an hour each day. During that hour, I will do what blogging I can, as well as my Facebook and e-mail. After that hour is up, I’m done for the day.

I will most likely be editing posts from my archives to share, as well as publishing posts that I have submitted to other blogs. So if you’re a new reader, you may not even notice a difference! 🙂

Oh, I’ll still have the post on marriage each Tuesday (this is seriously my favorite series ever!) and my recipes on Wednesday.

Thanks for understanding. You guys are the best!
