Grilled Cheese Recipe Extravaganza

A delicious update to the traditional grilled cheese!
Ingredients
  • For each serving:
  • Ciabatta bread
  • 2 slices provolone
  • ½ TBS fresh rosemary
  • sprinkle of coarse sea salt
  • butter
Instructions
  1. Slice ciabatta bread in half.
  2. Add a halved slice of provolone onto one half of the bread.
  3. Then sprinkle ½ TBS of fresh rosemary over the cheese.
  4. Sprinkle a dash of coarse sea salt over the rosemary.
  5. Add another slice of provolone (halved), then cover with the top of the ciabatta.
  6. Grill in an iron skillet with butter until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
