Grilled Cheese Recipe Extravaganza

- For each serving:
- Ciabatta bread
- 2 slices provolone
- ½ TBS fresh rosemary
- sprinkle of coarse sea salt
- butter
- Slice ciabatta bread in half.
- Add a halved slice of provolone onto one half of the bread.
- Then sprinkle ½ TBS of fresh rosemary over the cheese.
- Sprinkle a dash of coarse sea salt over the rosemary.
- Add another slice of provolone (halved), then cover with the top of the ciabatta.
- Grill in an iron skillet with butter until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
