Fashion Cents: Buying new on a Budget

If you know me, you know that I love cheap, but cute, fashion! (So much, in fact, that I’m dedicating my entire year to buying only second-hand clothing!) And it’s a good thing- I came across a great new website that has inexpensive- we’re talking some items in the $7-10 range- yet high quality clothing. It’s called Ultimate Outlet and carries items from Spiegel, Newport News, and ShapeFX.

I love this tribal dress for a cute yet comfy outfit. It’s a little on the short side so I’d pair it with some leggings and it would be good to go for church or a date night. ($16)- if only I could have that waistline to go with it!Screen Shot 2014-02-12 at 2.50.25 PM

I am really loving dresses and skirts these days, and this khaki Ponte Swing Skirt would look super cute with an array of tops- it’s almost as verstaile as jeans! And at $7, it’s a steal!

I also put together a complete outfit from Ultimate Outlet-

All of these items can be found on the Ultimate Outlet website. Clockwise from top left:

Three-strand pearl bracelet: $8.18

Three-tone scarf: $5.95

Faux diamond studs: $17.99

Ballet flats in multiple colors: $9-$20

Black skinnies:  $8.00 (!)

Nine West Wristlet: $11

Ombre Chambray shirt– love this! – $20.40

So as soon as I’m able to buy brand-new clothes again- I know where I’m headed!
