Free Printable Daily Health Organizer- 10 Tips to get YOU More Organized

This morning (way too early!) my littlest babe woke up and I was browsing Pinterest as I was nursing. I ran across an article that suggested drinking room temperature lemon water each morning, for various health reasons. (Here’s the article if you’re interested.)

Anyway, I promptly went into the kitchen and made myself a glass of lemon water. Then I fed Canaan his breakfast. Then I took my vitamins (miraculously!). Then I fed Evaleigh. And started a load of laundry. And tried to remember if I’d taken my morning medication. It suddenly hit me that I needed a chart to keep track of everything I’m doing health-wise.

I want to take vitamins everyday, but it’s one of the things that gets lost in the shuffle. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day? Of course it’s ideal but I couldn’t tell you if it happens or not because I simply can’t keep track of it in my head.

So I whipped up this little organizer. I plan on printing it and having it laminated so I can use a dry erase marker to check off everything that needs to be accomplished each day. If you want to keep up with long-term goals, you can also print one for each day so you can keep up with your weight, blood pressure, how you’re progressing in physical activity, etc.  Free printable daily health organizer from eatprayreadlove.com

Here’s an example of what it would look like filled out (minus the weight of course!)

For the meal section, you could use this for meal planning, or to write down what you actually ate. It works either way!

I’ve also learned that to be truly healthy, I need to do something relaxing each day, even if it’s only for a few minutes each day. This can be reading a book, doing a craft, or taking a hot bath. Make sure you take care of yourself or you’ll burn out taking care of others!

What are your health goals? How do you keep track of your progress?
