Anyway, I’ve been mulling over this idea of “giving thanks” the last few days. Sure Thanksgiving is this week, and sure everyone is doing “thankful” posts on Facebook, but what does it really mean to be thankful? Only when things are going well? Or when things are going very, very badly too? It’s something that is SO hard to do, yet it’s one of the vital characteristics of the Christian faith. I fail at this almost every single day. So I’m printing this out- and I hope you will too- as a visible reminder to give thanks. Always. Because really, as long as there is breath in our bodies, we can find something to appreciate.

Have a blessed Sunday.
