Q: What one piece of advice would you give to someone who is sitting on the sidelines and waiting?

A: Don’t be afraid of what others think of you. I used be so scared I would look silly while I was working out. But then I thought, at least I am working out! And I guarantee you, no one is at the gym just to make fun of you. They’re worried about how they look!
