Peanut Butter Fudge No Bake Cookies

Once upon a time, I said I was going to make No Bake Cookies. Hubby looked disappointed. Then he ate about 4. The end.

I made just one modification to this simple recipe that I’ve loved since my mom was making them for me as a kid- one secret ingredient that makes them extra fudge-y. That secret ingredient: sweetened condensed milk instead of regular milk. Just that one teensy change changed my husband’s mind about their qualification as a worthy dessert! (Although I still adore the originals, too!)

Comments

  1. No bake cookies are just the best. These look awesome!

  2. Just made this recipe and it was too dry to stick together, so tried doing the extra butter sugar and condensed milk part of it to see if that would help still not sticking together, what am I doing wrong, thought I followed recipe to the letter, never made no bakes before. Taste wonderful just can’t get them to drop into cookies, had to just put it in a baking dish
