stylish swimsuits (that don’t bare all!)

Well, it’s every woman’s favorite time of year! Bathing suit season!
ahem.
While I certainly don’t love being in a swim suit, I love the water, and 75% of my children love the water (and the other one doesn’t have an opinion yet! ) so swim suit time is not optional for me. It used to be very, very hard to find a swim suit that was both modest and, well, not granny-like. Now, there are tons of options that not only offer great coverage but are stylish as well.
Here are some of my favorites from around the web:

1. Liz Claiborne Ombre $18.99 (top only)
The Ombre- it’s not just for hair anymore!
 
2. “Since Print” pink tankini $13.99 (top only)
This one would be great for your teenage daughter, or the young at heart!

3. Lime Ricki Elephant one piece $55.50
Lime Ricki’s goal is to make modest swim wear.
How fun is this elephant print?

4. Lands’ End ($59, top only)
A little pricey for just a top,  but Lands’ End is supposed to be really high quality and long lasting.
(and for the life of me, I couldn’t get a pic of the front of the suit, so you’ll have to go look! I promise it’s cute!)

5. JCPenney Arizona Navy Dot $16.80 (top only)
I’m currently in love with navy and white, as you can see!

6. Aqua “Swim Dress”- Target $35.99
Another one of my favorite colors.
 

I love, love anything with one shoulder and this top is no exception!
Bonus: this one is slimming!

    Hi Kelli 🙂 I love the water too. As far as getting new bathing suits goes..it’s not on my list of favorites. I have some two pieces that I’ve spruced up for sale in my shop. I’d love to do more one pieces. You’ve picked some cute ones. My favorite would probably be the aqua swim dress..I tend to gravitate towards anything that color. Thanks for sharing!
