Paleo Italian Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
  • 1.5 pounds ground turkey
  • ½ cup tapioca flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. garlic
  • 1 small yellow onion, minced
  • 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients well with your hands.
  2. Shape into golfball-sized balls.
  3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
