Goals for this Week

This week’s goals will be different than usual {first of all because I’m actually writing them down!} since we have guests coming in this weekend for Landon’s baptism, and also Evaleigh’s birthday party! {Can it already have been one year? We’re actually having the party 3 weeks early since lots of my fam will already be in town but still!}

Evaleigh’s birthday

Finish preparing for LOTS of guests this weekend.
-Buy groceries.
-Order birthday cupcakes.
-Make rolls for Sunday lunch.

Reading
-Complete reading for Bible study: So Long Insecurity
– Finish book for fun: Within My Heart by Tamera Alexander {This is part of an excellent series; click here for a chance to win her first book!}
-Read 15 minutes each day to both older children

Cleaning {extra cleaning this week due to guests!}
-One chore a day for my 31 Days to a Cleaner House
– wash all sheets
– clean all bathrooms
-sweep/mop kitchen and entry way
-vaccuum living room and our room

Personal-
-Hopefully get in a date with my hubby! We had instituted a once-a-week lunch date but our babysitter got a new job, so we didn’t get to go last week.
-Work out two times, go for a walk two times

  1. I used to list my daily goals on my blog. It really helped me achieve them. Good luck to you on getting everything done! I may have to start listing mine again 🙂

  2. Thank you! I’m hoping that writing them down will help. I’d love to see your list if you start doing it again! 🙂

  3. Hey girl!
    A few days ago I was trying to comment on your Pregnancy Loss post but Blogger or Disqus must hate me because all my trying was in vain. So i’m back to let you know, that post touched my heart. I am so thankful for encouraging, lovely bloggers like yourself who seek to reach out to the hurt. Love to you!

  4. Jamie, yes it seems Disqus gets PMS too! lol
    A nyway, thanks so much for taking the time to come back. I don’t feel like I can ever do enough, but want to do something for these sweet ladies. Hugs!
